Spicy Pumpkin Seeds {Pepitas}

Super fast, super easy, and super delicious! And who doesn’t love a super food like pumpkin seeds which are high in antioxidants, good source of protein, very high in magnesium, can lower blood sugar levels, high is fiber...the point is super delicious = super nutritious.

1 cup pepitas
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1/2 tsp lime juice or lime olive oil
Extra kick? 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375 - mix all ingredients together and bake 5 minutes.  Stir and bake an additional 2 minutes if needed.
