L'Entrecôte Salad Dressing

 So simple, so good - from a steakhouse restaurant in Bordeaux France. 

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Toasted walnuts for topping

Topping with toasted walnuts makes the salad!
