Roasted Chickpeas
So simple, so delicious, and SPICY (if you want)! PRINT recipe here
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 cans drained and rinsed garbanzo beans or chickpeas (yes they are exactly the same thing)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Optional items: you can use any type of spice you like: chili powder, oregano, fresh herbs, etc. You can also experiment with different types of EVOO, we used Citrus Habanero and they were soooo good!
