Brazil Nut Parmesan

Insanely easy, and blow your mind delicious.  We originally made this to go on top of our Caesar Salad, but now we put it on just about everything that looks like it could use parmesan.  Great topper for pizzas, pastas, salads, or just eat it right out of the jar!  We make a big batch and keep in a mason jar in the fridge for easy access.

1 cup Brazil nuts
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are the desired size.  You may prefer "chunkier" parmesan vs. the finely grated style.  It will taste wonderful either way.


Brazil nut health benefits: heart health, bone health, teeth health, contains magnesium & copper.  Keep in mind they are the highest amount of saturated fat of any nut (so don't eat the entire batch even though you'll want to).
