Chocolate Avocado Pudding

ABLE!
yes it's that good and take minutes to make!
Printable recipe
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/3 alternative milk (I use nut milk with added protein)
2 tsp vanilla
dash of cinnamon
Put everything in a food processor, scrape down the sides (because you'll want to lick the spatula) and pulse again. Chill approximately 30 minutes. Top with coconut milk whip cream if you like.
*Pudding is ready to eat immediately, you just may like it chilled and a little firmer. It barely makes it out of the food processor at our house!
**TIP** Use cacao powder vs. unsweetened cocoa powder because cacao contains nearly four times the antioxidant power of your average dark chocolate - more than 20 times than that of blueberries
